Non-Refundable - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Validity Period - All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Partial Use - If the full value of the voucher is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will be reissued as a new voucher or credited to the original voucher, depending on our system capabilities. No cash refunds will be provided for unspent balances.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers - We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat gift vouchers as you would cash.

Transferability - Gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by the holder.
